We are so so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was a wonderful man full of good spirit. He always greeted us with a huge smile, loved looking at our family photos on my husbands phone & when we left to go home it was with a positive well wish from Richard.. He will be very very missed at Riverview for sure. May he gently Rest In Peace.

To Priscilla and Ron and families, So sorry to hear of your loss,he will be missed, I had several chances to talk to him at the nursing home. Whenever I was there to see someone else, if he saw me he would either say hi or talk to me for a few minutes, it was always a pleasure to see him. Again, so sorry to hear of your loss. I am the receptionist at Riverview Manor. Richard was our "official greater" for many years. He and I had wonderful conversations about the "good ole days". All of us at Riverview will miss him a great deal; especially me sitting at the front desk without him.

dear Priscilla, we only talked once on the phone when I was trying to locate Richard after the flood. I will miss him. He was always so pleasant and his eyes so bright and expressive. He was a help to me when my friend who I visited there died. thank you for all you did for him. My condolences, kit hartman

I used to work at Riverview Manor Nursing Facility and enjoyed seeing Mr.Wastson smiling face ever day and enjoyed his hugs. I know he will be missed by everyone that knew him.
