Rosalie Mary Shaver, 69, of Vestal, New York passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at home. Rosalie is survived by her children and their spouses, Timothy Kohout, Sr., Richard and Donna Kohout, Candice Jump, Tamara and Jon Petticoffer; 7 grandchildren, Timothy, Jr., Bethany, Curtis, Jacob, Justin, Corbin, Courtney; several nieces, cousins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in Rosalie M. Shaver’s memory to Waterman Conservation Education Center, 403 Hilton Road, Apalachin, NY 13732.
