Marlyn N. Merrill, Sr., passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Riverview Manor Nursing Facility.  Mr. Merrill is survived by his three brothers, Earley, William, and John; his former wife, Linda and her family; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor, NY with the Rev. Dennis King, officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor, NY.
